Course Description
Being able to resolve difficult problems usually relies on being able to assess the problem, find a solution and implement it but often the complexity of a situation can make all three steps seem impossible.

The complexity of the task seems so daunting and because people aren’t trained in resolving complex problems, most people don’t tackle them. However, as this course demonstrates how multiple solutions can be combined to resolve complex problems. Then with a little know-how and experience, it gives people the confidence to bring about change.
